Our rules for cancellations, refunds, order-resolution requests, and payment disputes.
Refund Policy for Shipped Orders
All sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for shipped orders. If a qualifying problem occurs with a shipped order, the resolution is handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, including replacement where applicable.
Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before fulfillment or shipment. Contact us as soon as possible. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Qualifying Order Issues
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, is missing an item, is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, or you believe there is a documented product-quality issue, contact support@peakpeptidesco.com. Claims involving delivered products must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery and should include the order number and supporting photographs or documentation when applicable.
Resolving Issues Directly
If you have a problem with your order, contact Peak Peptides before initiating a dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We will review the order, tracking information, supporting documentation, and customer communications and work to resolve qualifying issues under our published policies.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Peak Peptides may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records, order information, tracking and delivery records, applicable policies, and customer communications. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in restriction from future purchases.
Policy Consistency
Shipping and transit matters are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, shipped-order refund restrictions, and replacement eligibility are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. If an order has already shipped, the all-sales-final rule for shipped orders applies.

By completing a purchase on peakpeptidesco.com, the customer acknowledges the policies applicable to the order, including the all-sales-final policy for shipped orders and the requirement to contact Peak Peptides regarding qualifying order issues.
