Refunds and Returns

To the extent permitted by applicable law, unresolved disputes will be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will take place in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless the parties agree to virtual proceedings or another location.
JURY AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: To the extent enforceable, each party waives trial by jury and agrees that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis rather than as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Either party may pursue an eligible individual claim in small-claims court in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
